With the aim of decentralizing the data center hubs in Mumbai and Chennai, numerous skyrocketing data center projects are upcoming in the region of Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
This could
prominently be marked by the allotment of 6 acres of land in TechZone 4 by Greater
Noida Industrial Development Authority to a Japanese firm. The approximate
expense on this project is supposed to be nearly 1000 crores.
It happens to be a great initiative towards developing the area into a promising data hub. The notion of developing a digital hub into the west of Noida is immensely guided by the most sporting infrastructural build up there.
It would be NTT's
second data center project in Greater Noida, India, after Mumbai's
Hiranandani Group acquired 20 acres in Knowledge Park 5
With more increase
in the flagging of digital India, there would be demand for high quality data
access in all folds of the nation. And what could be better than a place with
inbuilt super infrastructural strength for digitalization! The main aim behind
striving to promote and establish the hubs in Noida is to provide greater
access to cost efficiency, top notch assistance in data usage and quality
technology.
If the data centers are developed in the Noida region of Uttar Pradesh there would be improvement cherished in two ways -
● Primary gain would be of the state, Uttar Pradesh. UP would be getting a Kickstart to be called under the tag of one of the most advanced tech savvy zones in the nation. And with embedment of more data hubs, there would be invitations for wider job opportunities to the deserving youth of the state. As expected, these hubs would be giving out 1500 jobs in Greater Noida. Employment would get a great scope of development in the IT and ITES industries.
● Secondly, hubs who would be operating from Noida will have the advantage of being near the capital and having a large presence of multinationals and corporations in the NCR.
The UP government has been doing exceptionally well in lending the cooperative hand to the Indian government. These cooperative statements would pave the way for the long journey of success in terms of establishing the center hubs.
All that could be said at this point of emerging data centers that this is going to be an asset to the Indian digital markets. As these hubs have greater potential to earn thick revenues and returns this could be proven a great enticing field for developers who are willing to invest in the data centers.
The data centers are expected to bring in nearly 703MW capacity by 2025
Uninterrupted power supply is also being looked after by the UP government. No hindrance in the development of data centers is assured by the effective vigilance of the state and centers. The successful development of the hubs would definitely be beneficial to the commercial as well as in-state condition. Also, it would provide a great field for the emergence of real estate in the region. Regional development would be benefiting both the nation and the residents.
